Spa Logic was founded by Gavin Benford to provide a professional, personal spa maintenance and repair service. From the outset the company has been staffed by experts and run on a simple principle: spa owners want to know who – as well as what – they’re getting with every service.
With more than 15 years’ experience and knowledge of over 20 hot tub brands, we keep your hot tub running with minimum fuss and maximum care – friendly, affordable and reliable.
Our engineers have decades of experience between them, and knowledge of more than twenty different brands of hot tub.
With our fully-stocked van and an experienced spa engineer, we’re prepared for anything – and fast.

We believe a spa is an investment in your happiness, and it should never become a source of stress. Our mission is to keep your hot tub running beautifully with honest advice, fast turnarounds and fair, transparent pricing – so you can spend less time worrying about your spa and more time enjoying it.
We recommend a full service once a year. During it we flush the system with a biofilm remover – biofilm builds up in your pipework over 12 months, and clearing it keeps your water clean and your components healthy.
We carry a huge range of parts in our fully-stocked van, so most repairs are completed in a single visit. If we need to order a specialist or licensed part, we’ll get it in quickly and fit it on a return visit – with no extra call-out charge for time already owed.
Yes. Genuine parts we supply and fit come with the manufacturer’s warranty, and we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If something isn’t right, we’ll put it right.
